Reservation System Outage

Our online booking system is currently experiencing a service disruption. We are working with our service provider to restore the service as soon as possible. To date however we have no details as to when this service will become available. However our call center is able to accept reservations over the phone and credit card payment IN OUR OFFICES at Rarotonga and Aitutaki. All outer islands agents are able to accept cash and vouchers.


If you are have booked seats please proceed to the Airport as per usual but we ask to please bring your booking confirmation in electronic or paper form with you. Please also bring a form of payment (cash or credit card) if you had an outstanding amount. (Cash for all islands other than Rarotonga and Aitutaki).

Current System Status

We are currently able to process reservations via our call center +682 22888 or [email protected]. For payments you still need to visit our offices in Rarotonga and Aitutaki or cash for all other islands.


We most sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
